RAISIN PIE 
1 1/2 c. raisins
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. water
4 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter
1 pie pastry

Combine sugar, raisins and water; cook 10 minutes. Add enough water to moisten cornstarch. Add to raisin mixture, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter; line 10 inch pie plate.
