RAISIN PIE 
2 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. lemon juice

PIE CRUST:

1 c. Crisco
1/2 c. plus 3 tbsp. boiling water
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Make pastry for 2 crust pie. Line pan with one. Cook covered until tender about 5 minutes, raisins, boiling water, sugar, flour until thick, stirring constantly. Add nuts and lemon juice. Pour into pie pan; cover with top rust and sprinkle sugar on top crust.

PIE CRUST: Mix Crisco with boiling water and salt until blended; add flour.
