MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 cup corn meal
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. sugar
1 cup cream corn
2/3 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
1 or 2 peppers, chopped
1 cup grated cheese

Mix all ingredients and bake in hot oven at 375°F until done.
