MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. cream-style corn
1 small jalapeo pepper
1 large banana pepper
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. corn oil

Mix all together well. Pour into hot greased skillet.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until brown.
