GAZPACHO 
1 garlic clove
2 onions, peeled & chopped
6 tomatoes, peeled & chopped
1 c. beef stock
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Dash pepper
1 green pepper
2 cucumbers

Combine the container of a blender 1 garlic clove, mashed, and one onion and blend mixture until smooth. Add 5 ripe tomatoes, 1 cup beef stock, olive oil, vinegar, parsley and paprika. Blend until smooth. Chill thoroughly. With the soup, serve cucumber, green pepper, tomatoes, onion, all chopped and croutons.
