SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 beaten egg
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 dashes Tabasco sauce

SAUCE:

3/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix; form into small meat balls and saute until browned. Mix sauce ingredients in small saucepan and simmer 5 minutes. When ready to serve, heat meat balls in sauce. Good in chafing dish. Do not combine meat and sauce until ready to serve unless you like hot meat balls.
