Chocolate CARAMEL BARS 
1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 box chocolate cake mix
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. nuts

Melt caramels and 1/3 cup milk over low heat. Stir until smooth. Combine 1/3 cup milk, cake mix and butter. Mix well and press 1/2 of mixture into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips. Top with caramel mixture, spreading to edges. Top with spoonsful of remaining cake mixture. Press gently 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
