CHOCOLATE CARAMEL BAR 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chocolate chips (6 oz. pkg.)
50 light caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk

Mix cake mix, melted butter and 1/3 cup milk and put half in a 9"x13" greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes, then remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over it. Then spread mixture of melted caramels over top of chocolate chips. Then put remaining cake mixture over caramels. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
