CREAM CHEESE DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. nuts (any type)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 carton Cool Whip (lg. size)
2 1/4 c. milk
2 pkgs. instant pudding (any flavor)

Mix together flour, butter, sugar and nuts. Pat in 9x13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 Cool Whip then spread over crust.

Mix milk and instant pudding and spread over cream cheese mixture. Chill. Spread remaining Cool Whip over the top and sprinkle with nuts.
