CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE DESSERT 
1 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. nuts

Mix together in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool.

Beat:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar

Fold in:

1/2 of the lg. Cool Whip container

Place on top of crust.

Beat 3 cups milk into 1 large instant chocolate pudding and pour on top of cream cheese mixture.

Place in refrigerator to let set awhile. When set place the other 1/2 of Cool Whip to spread on top of pudding layer and sprinkle with nuts. Place back in refrigerator until used.
