2 sticks butter 2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 4 eggs Fruit filling (can be canned pie filling - I like lemon pie filling the best) Blend butter, sugar, and 1 egg. Mix until smooth. Add 1 egg to each cup of flour (alternately). Spread half the batter on a well greased and floured pan (13 x 9 x 2 inch). Add fruit filling. Drop remaining batter on top by dollops. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. |
