SAUERKRAUT HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/4 tsp. salt
1 onion
Dash of pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1 1/2 c. uncooked wide noodles
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained

Brown hamburger and onion. Place all ingredients into casserole. Top with cornflakes or bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour; melt cheese on top.
