SAUERKRAUT HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. 11 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
2 c. uncooked wide egg noodles
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onion; drain off fat. Layer half of mixture in a baking dish. Cover with sauerkraut and top with remaining meat. Next put on uncooked noodles. Spread combined soups over noodles. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Remove. Top with cheese and bake 30 minutes more.
