1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. wide noodles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can of water
16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. Chinese noodles

Brown meat and onion and add noodles, soup, water and sauerkraut. Put into a 2 1/2 quart casserole and cover with Chinese noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 10.
