TEXAS HASH 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. chili seasoning
2 tsp. salt
2 c. water

Brown beef in skillet. Add onion and green pepper and saute. Add rice, tomato sauce, seasonings and water. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
