CHEDDAR-ALMOND STRIPS 
1 loaf Pepperidge Farm Bread, decrusted
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 pkg. shelled almonds, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and spread on bread. Cut each slice into 4 fingers. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.

Freeze at this point if desired on cookie sheet and store in Baggies or covered containers until ready to bake.

Makes about 100 appetizers.
