CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head cauliflower, thinly sliced
1/2 c. sliced green olives
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces or sliced fresh
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

DRESSING:

9 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. sugar

Mix all salad ingredients together. Mix dressing separately. Toss with other ingredients and chill overnight.
