WHIZ MUFFINS 
2 c. self rising flour (Do Not sift)
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 c. milk

Blend flour, mayonnaise, and cheese (not in a blender). Stir in milk. Spoon into greased muffin pan. Bake at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes. Easy and cheesy!
