GREENS AND HAM HOCKS 
2 ham hocks
1 1/2 qts. water
2 hot peppers
3 cloves garlic, crushed
4 lbs. greens
1 tsp. sugar
Salt to taste

Mix first 4 ingredients in Dutch oven and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours or until ham hocks are tender. Meanwhile, cut up green into 1/4" strips. Wash several times. Add greens to ham hocks. Add sugar and salt. Cook 30 to 40 minutes until greens are done.
