SCRAMBLED EGGS SUPREME 
2 eggs
1 tbsp. butter
1 slice ham
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. cold steamed rice

In a heated skillet place butter, beat eggs with salt and pepper to taste. Add milk; beat well. Dice ham into small chunks. Pour egg mixture into butter, scramble, add ham and rice until all ingredients are dry. Serve with toast and juice.
