BERRIES AND CREAM PIE 
1 frozen pie crust
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped cream
1 (16 oz.) bag strawberries or other berries

Bake pie crust; cool. Pour 1 cup water into microwave-safe bowl and sprinkle with gelatin. Stir to combine. Microwave 1 minute on High. Add topping and stir well. Add frozen berries and stir well to combine. Pour mixture into pie shell; spread evenly. Cover with plastic and refrigerate 15 minutes, to set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
