GRAVY - BAKED PORK CHOPS 
4 lean pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 onion
3 to 4 potatoes
1/3 c. water

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Lightly brown with the onion, thinly sliced. Add peeled and quartered potatoes. Pour over this a mixture of cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, and 1/3 cup water. Cover and simmer in electric skillet for 1 hour or so. Also can be baked in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
