BUTTER BAKED CHICKEN AND GRAVY 
3 lb. cut up chicken
1 sm. can Pet milk
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. milk

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Dip chicken in milk. Mix flour, salt, and black pepper. Roll chicken in flour mixture, melt butter in 13 x 9 inch pan. Put in oven. Place chicken in pan skin side down. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn chicken, mix soup, 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup water. Pour around chicken pieces. Bake 30 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.
