K'S CHICKEN & DUMPLINGS 
4 chicken breasts
6 c. water
2 tbsp. chicken feather weight

Boil until chicken is done. Add the following: 1 c. sliced carrots 1 c. frozen peas 1 c. frozen lima beans 1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash original blend Salt & pepper to taste

Bring to boil for about 30 minutes. When vegetables are tender, add dumplings.

DUMPLINGS:

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. milk

Sift together the first five ingredients. Add milk. Let rest for 3 to 5 minutes. Drop by tablespoonful into boiling chicken. Cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
