1 pkg. orange Jello
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract
3/4 c. Wesson oil

Dissolve orange Jello in 1/2 cup hot water and then add 1/2 cup cold water. Mix package of yellow cake mix with Jello mixture. Beat eggs, one at a time with Jello mixture. Fold in Wesson oil as you would egg whites and then add lemon extract. Bake in tube pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
