ORIENTAL PASTA SALAD 
1/2 lb. linguini
2 tbsp. peanut oil
1 c. fresh bean sprouts
2 c. shredded leaf lettuce
1/2 red bell pepper

Cook linguini. While hot toss with peanut oil; let cool. Make dressing and apply to linguini. Add vegetables when ready to use. Serve.

DRESSING:

1/2 tsp. minced garlic and 1/2 tsp. minced ginger
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. onion
2 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. peanut oil
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
