PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. box rontoni twists pasta, cooked according to directions on box
2 carrots, shredded
5 to 7 stalks celery, diced fine
1 green pepper, diced fine
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 pt. mayonnaise
1 c. cold water
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. mustard

Cook noodles (pasta) as directed. Rinse and cool. Mix pasta and vegetables together. Mix until well blended: Mayonnaise, cold water, sugar, vinegar, and mustard. Add to pasta and vegetable mixture. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Stir well before serving.
