CAROL'S CREATIVE RAINBOW SALAD 
Orange Lemon Raspberry or strawberry

Add 3/4 cup hot water and 3/4 cup cold water to each Jell-O.

CHEESE FILLING:

1 pt. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk, scalded
2 pkgs. (env.) Knox Unflavored Gelatin
1 tsp. vanilla

Scald milk and remove from heat. Add sugar. Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water and add to milk and sugar. Stir in vanilla. Add sour cream and use electric mixer to blend. Set aside.

Using a 9x13 inch container and first layer lime Jell-O and chill until set but not firm (about 1 - 1 1/2 hours).

Add a little more than 1 1/2 cups of cheese mixture, chill again. Repeat process with orange-cheese-lemon-cheese-raspberry or strawberry.
