RAINBOW SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. black cherry jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1 1/2 c. canned evaporated milk

Prepare package of black cherry jello with 1 1/2 cups hot water and pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Allow to set completely. Make the cherry jello using 1 cup hot water and 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Pour over the first layer and let set completely.

Repeat, making the lime, orange, and strawberry flavors with only the hot water and the lemon and apricot with the hot water and milk. Allow each layer to set completely before adding another layer. Refrigerate with whipped cream as a dessert.

NOTE: Make certain your refrigerator is level. I've been disappointed several times in the pretty appearance of this when I forgot to check if the refrigerator was level.
