RAINBOW FRUIT SALAD 
Grapes
Bananas
Kiwi
Str awberries
Watermelon
Pineapple
Cantaloupe
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 tbsp. rum extract
Sour cream

Combine 6 cups of fresh fruit (sliced, chopped and balled) with sugar and add rum extract. Serve chilled with a dollop of sour cream.
