RAINBOW JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) box orange, lemon, strawberry and lime Jello
4 c. boiling water
4 c. vanilla ice cream
1 pt. sour cream

Do each layer separately: Dissolve 1 flavor of Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1 cup ice cream, pour in a 9 x 13 inch dish and let firm in refrigerator. Spread a thin layer of sour cream over firm layer. Repeat with remaining three flavors of Jello and refrigerate until serving. Serves 16.
