ALMOND RICE 
1/2 cube butter
2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain rice
4 bouillon cubes
3 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. slivered almonds
6 green onions
4 - 5 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix rice and butter in skillet and saute until rice starts to brown. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water, add to rice mixture and simmer until liquid disappears. Toast almonds in oven. Add almonds, green onions and soy sauce. Heat mixture 1 minute. Turn off heat. Cover skillet with dish towel, lid and let steep 20 minutes. Can be reheated to serve.
