HOT DOG SAUCE 
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 lb. ground meat
1 onion, chopped fine
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. relish
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. yellow mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown meat and onion in oil, breaking meat into fine pieces. Stir in tomato paste, water, vinegar, relish and salt. Simmer 25 minutes. Blend in chili powder, mustard, and pepper and simmer 5 minutes. Makes enough for 12 hot dogs.
