APPLE OATMEAL CRUNCH OREGONIAN 
4 c. sliced cooking apples
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. rolled oats
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
Whipped cream or ice cream

Put apples, sugar and 2 tablespoons flour in a 9 inch buttered baking dish. Mix brown sugar and 1/2 cup flour, then cut in the butter. Add the oats and spices. Put this over the apples and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Serves 6-8.
