APPLE OATMEAL CRUNCH 
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
3 pkgs. instant oatmeal
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine apples, flour and sugar. Put in 2 quart casserole. Mix oatmeal, pecans, flour and brown sugar. Add butter. Mix and top casserole. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
