APPLE OATMEAL CRUNCH 
5 sliced, tart, cooking apples
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
6 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. oats
1 stick butter
1/2 c. water

Spread apples in greased 8"x8" baking dish. Combine brown sugar, flour, sugar, oats and butter and spread over the apples. Pour water evenly over top. Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered about 30 minutes until apples are tender.
