OATMEAL APPLE CRUNCH 
4 c. sliced apples
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. flour

Put apples in baking dish. Sprinkle with water, sugar and 2 teaspoons flour. Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, butter and flour until crumbly. Spread over apples. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until apples are tender. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
