BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 pkg. (8) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. loose pack frozen hash browns
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4-1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4-1/2 c. chopped green peppers
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown sausage; drain. Separate crescent rolls into triangles and place on ungreased 12 inch pizza pan, with points toward center. Press sides up to form crust; seal all perforations. Spoon sausage on crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheese and chopped onions; green peppers and mushrooms are optional.

In bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over sausage and potatoes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake in 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
