CLAM PIE 
2 (8 oz.) cans minced clams
2 med. potatoes, cooked in skins, peeled and sliced lengthwise
4 strips cooked bacon
1 lg. sliced sauteed onion
Salt and pepper
Thyme

Layer potatoes, onions, bacon and clams. Pour in a little of juice from clams, in a store bought pie crust. Bake 25 minutes at 450 degrees. Like chowder in a pie!
