CHEESE & SESAME CHICKEN | |
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets 1 c. milk 1 c. crushed cheese crackers 2 tbsp. sesame seeds Paprika & garlic powder to taste 1 tbsp. butter Soak chicken in milk. Roll in cracker crumbs and place in baking dish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Sprinkle with paprika and garlic powder to taste. Drizzle with melted butter. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until tender and juices run clear. Uncover for the last 5 to 10 minutes to give a crispy topping. |
