MUSTARD VEGETABLE SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk

Melt butter. Add flour and mustard. Mix well. Add milk and cook until smooth, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice.
