1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. half and half
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Mix sugars and half and half together and bring to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Cool and beat. Spread on brownies.
