1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla

In small saucepan combine sugar, butter and milk. Boil 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips and vanilla until smooth. Pour over warm brownies. Let cool and cut into bars. Frosts 9 x 13 pan.
