NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER 
1/2 c. onions
1 can minced clams
3 tbsp. butter
1 can New England clam chowder
1 can cream of potato soup
1 pt. half and half

Saute 1/2 cup onions and one can of minced clams in 3 tablespoons butter until onions are tender. Stir in one can of New England clam chowder soup, one can of cream of potato soup, and one pint of half and half. Simmer until chowder is thoroughly heated. Keep heat low enough to prevent scorching!!
