SQUASH PIE 
3 c. squash
1 3/4 c. whole milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs

Mix together and pour into 2 pie shells, unbaked. Bake in hot oven, 425 degrees, about 25 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
