2 c. cottage cheese or cream cheese
1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1 c. fructose or sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 eggs or Eggbeaters or whites of 6 eggs
1 tbsp. flour or cornstarch

Blend. Pour into a graham cracker crust or cookie crust. Bake at 350 degrees until middle puffs.
