CREAM CHEESE CAKES 
12 oz. softened cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar OR 1/2 c. honey
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
1 c. sour cream OR plain yogurt
2 1/2 tbsp. vanilla

Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and 1 tablespoon vanilla. Set 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each of 24 foil cupcake liners. Pour mixture over. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Meanwhile, mix sour cream with 2 1/2 tablespoons vanilla. Pour on top of each cake. Bake 5-10 minutes more. Remove from oven; cool, then top with fresh sliced fruit.
