NATURAL CARROT CAKE | |
3 c. grated carrots 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. honey 1 1/2 c. oil 3 c. whole wheat flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. raisins 1 c. walnuts Grease and flour tube pan. Combine carrots, eggs and honey, stir well. Stir in oil, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, raisins, and walnuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. FROSTING: 1/4 c. butter 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 1/2 c. honey 2 tsp. vanilla Cream butter, cream cheese, honey and vanilla. Beat well. |
