HONEY CARROT CAKE | |
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. oil 1 c. brown sugar 2/3 c. honey 4 eggs 2 c. grated carrots 1 c. nuts, optional Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Beat oil and sugar. Add 1 cup flour mixture; blend. Add dry ingredients alternately with honey and eggs, mixing well after each addition. Add carrots and mix well. Pour into well oiled Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done. |
