YOGURT CHEESE PIE 
2 c. granola, rolled into crunchy crumbs
1/3 c. butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. vanilla
3 bananas, sliced
1 c. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. honey
Sprinkle of cinnamon
10 chopped dates/nuts; optional

Crust: Combine granola and butter. Press into 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Bake 300 degrees, 15 minutes or until brown. Do not over bake!

Filling: Cream together cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla, honey, and cinnamon, then add pineapple. Place bananas, dates and nuts in crust. Cover with filling. Refrigerate overnight.
